Tracy Gaillie Dip Couns. MBACP
Integrative, Humanistic Counsellor
Hi, thanks for visiting my page.
Looking for talking therapy can be a daunting step into the unknown, whether you are considering it for the first time or perhaps seeking a new perspective. Either way choosing the right counsellor for you is important.
I am a qualified counsellor offering a compassionate, professional and confidential approach that could help to facilitate the change you are looking for in your life. I have experience working with a broad range of issues, including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, bereavement and trauma.
I have a strong interest in working holistically with experience of bringing together knowledge of the body and mind, which can give an invaluable insight into how we hold psychological difficulties in the body. Working this way encourages change, increases self awareness and can help you to feel more relaxed.
Previous clients have reported:
- Being more able to cope with life
- Seeing an improvement in their relationships
- Feeling more confident
- Worrying less
- Being able to let go of the past and feeling better about the future
- Improved self esteem
Perhaps some of these outcomes resonate with you, or maybe you have a different goal? Counselling is an individual experience and we can discuss your needs and expectations to ensure it is right for you.
I can offer both short and long term counselling, providing a safe and regular space to explore any painful or difficult feelings.
As a fully qualified integrative counsellor (CPCAB Dip Therapeutic Counselling) and a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), I adhere to an ethical framework, which promotes safe, effective counselling.
If you are interested in working together and would like to discuss your needs, please contact me on 07789 260068 or
I use voicemail, so please let me know a good time to call you back and whether I can leave a message.
