The ‘mini retreat’ class will include some gentle asana work (postures) that will mostly be floor based, grounding and calming along with pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and a long, luxurious Nada (sound) based yoga nidra. We will also spend some of our time sharing tea and chats….

The New Term Starts soon, looking forward to seeing you all again with classes commencing from Monday 11th September.
We have just one place available for this term, the Tuesday 10am intermediate class from 12th September. This class is suitable for those with a regular yoga practice wanting to deepen their knowledge of the yoga tradition, practices and self awareness. Its recommended that you have at least 6 months regular yoga experience or more and expect a traditional hatha practice that focuses on strengthening and deepening the holistic experience of yoga.
